Hey asshole, besides plagiarizing others' work to cut, cope and paste on your boring blog, what else are you capable of? Are you sure you got an Econs degree from NUS? Or are you from ITE??

Hi Mr. Goh

Thank you for pointing out the link to us. Already signed the petition. Although I guess most of the people who opposed the Minister's hike knew it's no use protesting.

The way PAP carries out some of their policies is non-democratic and very authoritarian. It's different from the self-sacrificing Old Guards that Singapore had in the past - the people who brought Singapore to modernisation.

It's a shame to see these current group of leaders lead without a heart for the people. The PAP MPs - where are their conscience? They asked some questions and created some noise - what's the use? Their questions can't even make PAP re-consider their decision. It's a waste of our time.

Now after the "Debate" what's the conclusion? Go ahead with the hike. See, peasants of Singapore, we heard you, we have collected your views, we have discussed them in public, let's move on and implement the hike.

Absolutely disgusting.

Well' we'll wait and see till the next election. How many of those 66.66% are still with them.

Obviously with the way things are, the core 33.33% who opposes the PAP in the 2006 election is still intact. In fact, recent incidents will only strenghten their resolve to vote against the PAP in the next election again.

PAP's tactics have always been the same. Hardship and unpopular policies in the first two years after elections. The third year on will see a mellow down(don't aggravate the masses)approach. The final year to election reports of rosy economy and more(slightly increased form previous)handouts with PAP then mouthing words like "open", "inclusive", "caring" to the citizens.

The next time.

DON'T BE DUPE! Don't be bought.
