Assuming that the opposition can rally more champions to joust in more wards and minimise walkovers during GE, I think the PAP would find that they can lose power very easily. But of course the PAP can always counter that move by introducing 15-man GRCs.The Void Deckhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05449537651329835195noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11957101.post-77345991101216910822008-11-06T02:49:00.000+08:002008-11-06T02:49:00.000+08:00That is an interesting observation. It has always b...That is an interesting observation.

It has always been the elders who have strongly support the PAP - some argue it's because they have seen what we came from and where we are today. The young either don't care, or feel that it's time for a change.

What would be interesting to watch however, is the results of the next GE. The Government, who has been almost strangely silent about the whole mini-bond saga, might possibly lose the confidence of the elderly supporters who have been burnt, and possibly others who realize that they are not as protected as they imagined!

"With great power comes great resposibility!"Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
